Current Students: Cumulative records, including transcripts, are located at the school the student is currently attending. Please contact the counseling office at the school for assistance.
Students Who Could Have Graduated Less than 2 Years Ago: Cumulative records, including transcripts, are located at the high school in the district the student last attended. Please contact the counseling office at the school for assistance.
Students Who Could Have Graduated More than 2 Years Ago: Student Services maintains these records. Records requests are processed within 5 business days, and may be submitted online or in writing (see below). Faxed or emailed requests are not accepted.
The cumulative record contains the following information, if available: graduation date, final transcript, attendance, grades, immunization records, and driver's eligibility certificate. Diploma copies are not available - the only copy of the diploma is given to the student at graduation. The transcript shows the graduation date and can be used in lieu of the diploma, or a letter stating only the date of graduation can be issued.

**ONLINE RECORDS REQUESTS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO A HOME ADDRESS!**
Records will only be mailed to a school or to the Personnel/Human Resources Department of an employer.
This is to protect you from potential identify theft and to insure the security of your confidential records. If you must have records mailed to a home address, a paper request with your notarized signature must be submitted (see link to paper request form below). You may also make the request in person and show photo ID.
Note: DO NOT submit EXPRESS requests after 11:00 am EST on Fridays - they will not be processed and mailed until the next business day.
- Fill in the required fields with your personal information.
- Please note: If more than one box is checked in the "Information Requested" section, you will be charged $7.00 per item. The transcript includes the following information, if available: graduation date, GPA, class rank, classes taken in high school and grades, and immunization records.
- Create an Amazon account to provide payment with a valid credit/debit card.
- You will receive a confirmation email once Student Services begins processing your request, and another final confirmation email once the request is completed and mailed.
The following non-refundable fees will apply for each copy of your records:
$7.00 - Normal Shipping. Requests will be processed within 5 business days. Records are mailed via first class mail or can be picked up when completed. For pick up in person, state "will pick up" in the comments field - the shipping address field must still be filled in. You will receive a confirmation email when the request is complete.
$30.00 - Express Shipping (online requests only). Express requests will be processed within 1 business day and should be received within 2-3 business days. Requests submitted before 11:00 am EST on business days Monday through Friday will be mailed USPS Express Mail Overnight on the day the request is submitted. Requests submitted after 11:00 am EST will be mailed the next business day.
This form can be mailed to Student Services or submitted in person. FAXED OR EMAILED REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
There is a $7.00 non-refundable fee for each copy of your records, cash or money order only - no personal checks.
