TRANSCRIPTS / Records Request

T.C. Roberson Transcript Request:
  • Please allow 24 hours to process a transcript request
  • Transcripts for current students cost $3 (scholarship transcripts are free)
  • Former students and graduates cost $7
  • We do not fax transcripts
  • Transcripts do not list SAT nor ACT scores. You must contact www.Collegeboard.com or www.actstudent.org for scores.
     
    Free Transcripts for Seniors:
    1. Go to the www.cfnc.org "transcript manager"  Transcripts will be sent to any NC colleges that you choose.
    2.  Apply to college through https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/default.aspx  Common App includes select colleges both in NC and outside NC.  Transcripts will be uploaded to this site along with a counselor or secondary school report form when requested by students.  
TCR only holds transcripts for two years after a student graduates.  After two years they are stored at the Buncombe County Board of Education.
