Welcome to the World of Art! 
I have been teaching visual art at Hominy Valley Elementary since 2005.  I joined the staff at Pisgah Elementary in 2009.  I have a degree in Studio Art with a painting and fibers concentration from Appalachian State University.  I received my teaching certification in Art K-12 from UNC-Asheville. I enjoy painting, reading, gardening and spending time with my family. As an art teacher, I hope to instill a love of art and encourage creative thinking.
