Registration Information

For parents or guardians registering new Kindergarten students, a registration packet will need to picked up from the School Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30 – 3:30. Also, please bring the following information:

1. Proof of residence (utility bill, mortgage or rental agreement);

2. Certified copy of birth certificate;

3. Immunization records (to be copied).

A Kindergarten Health Assessment will need to be filled out by a doctor and returned as well. This information is found in the registration packet provided by the school.

For all other new students in Grades 1 – 5, parents or guardians will need to provide the school with the following information:

1. Proof of residence (utility bill, mortgage or rental agreement);

2. Certified copy of birth certificate;

3. Immunization records (to be copied).
