Girls on the run is a life-changing educational and running program for girls in 3rd-5th grades. The 14 week program combines training for a 5k (3.1 miles) running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting team exercise activites.
Fall session of Girls on the run begins September 8th!
We meet on Mondays 2:30-4:00.
