I am so excited to be your principal and I am looking forward to a great year at Eblen Intermediate. I know through patience, hard work, and understanding; we will have an outstanding year!  

I am graduate of Mars Hill College and I obtained my master's degree from East Tennessee State University. I taught for eight years at Madison County Middle School before coming to Buncombe County. In Buncombe County, I have served as assistant principal at Erwin Middle School and as principal at Leicester Elementary. I have also served as the athletic director at both Madison and Erwin Middle Schools and have coached basketball, softball and volleyball. Having experience at both the elementary and middle school levels, I can tell you that I am excited to bring all of our 5th and 6th graders together.  What a great combination we will have!
