NEW HIRE EMPLOYMENT FORM
New! New Hire employment forms are submitted to the BCS Personnel Department electronically. Before you fill out these forms, you must first obtain a PIN from your principal or supervisor:
In addition to filling out the New Hire forms, all employees are required to have an online application
on file, have your ID photo badge made at Central Office, and have digital scans made of the following items:
• Driver’s License
• Social Security Card
• Work Authorization Documents (if applicable)
• Teaching certificate (if applicable)
• Transcripts for all degrees (if applicable)
Your employment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and final approval by the Board of Education. Employees in full-time, permanent positions are eligible for benefits. If you will be receiving benefits, or have questions about your eligibility, contact the Benefits Support Specialist at at 350-2264.

SUBSTITUTE EMPLOYMENT FORM
This form can be submitted in person at Buncombe County Schools Personnel Office, by fax at 828-232-4159, or scanned and e-mailed to the Personnel Specialist in the Personnel Department at 255-4234
