Application Process

The Application Process
Teams of BCEC representatives visit all county middle schools in the spring of each year to present information about BCEC to all 8th grade students. Interested students can then pick up a brochure from their teacher or school counselor after the visit to take home to their parents. Evening parent presentations will also be held in each home district. Applications will be available at the parent meetings. All applicants and their parents must attend a parent meeting to be included in the selection process.  

Applications may be obtained at the parent meetings, from the middle school counselor, or at the Buncombe County Early College front office. You can also download a full application and required serve forms from the school website.
