Chorus is an extra-curricular activity this year.  It meets one afternoon a week (Mondays from 2:45 – 3:45PM) after school from February – May. We will be learning songs for two major performances, one for the school and one in May for parents and friends.   We will focus on learning proper vocal skills, vocal warm-ups and diction.  We will also be learning a lot of songs. Students will experience many different styles of music and have many opportunities for auditioned solo parts and accompanying instrumental parts. Students will be required to show up for class on time (attendance will be taken) and to be picked up by their parents BEFORE 3PM.  Students are not allowed more than 2 absences or 3 times being picked up late. 

This group represents Glen Arden Elementary School and students are expected to follow school rules and the rules of the chorus as explained in their signed parent permission letter.  I look forward to a great year!!!
