Overview

The Executive Committee, Committee Chairs of events and projects, and volunteer school staff and administrators make up the PTA Board of Directors.

A PTA nominating committee recruits the executive committee, which is voted on by the PTA membership. Job descriptions are available, if you are interested in being on the executive committee next year. Committee chairs coordinate their specific project/event and are recruited by the PTA president.

The PTA board meets once a month during the school year at a time agreed upon by that year’s executive committee. The Board administers the PTA finances and plans and oversees PTA goals, projects and events. ALL parents are welcome at any monthly meetings although only the Executive Committee and Committee Chairs are allowed to vote.
