Congratulations Mr. Halpin!
Mr. Halpin was chosen by the staff to be TEACHER OF YEAR. 
He is currently teaching 4th grade.
Mr. Halpin has also been chosen as the Enka District TEACHER OF YEAR..
He will now compete for the Buncombe County Teacher of the Year.
