C.A. Erwin Middle School provides special education and related services to students who have met eligibility requirements as determined by the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team.  All steps involved in the identification process are provided as required by the Individuals with Disabilities Act and the NC Procedures Governing Programs and Services for Children with Disabilities. 

At CA Erwin Middle School we have Resource/Inclusion Teachers and three Intensive Intervention Teachers who provide services for students in the least restrictive environment.
