Jump Rope Club

The W.D. Williams Jump Rope Team gives students an opportunity to expand their physical and cognitive skills. Each student learns through cooperative and leadership roles to help design and implement jump rope routines. They meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7:30-7:55.
Jumping rope is a great cardiovascular exercise. Even if you are not a member of the Jump Rope Club, it's a great exercise to help you stay in shape. So, keep jumping and challenging yourself!
