The Continuous Improvement Plan Team, with input from faculty, staff, and
community members, has developed the following School Improvement Plan.
This plan is based on an analysis of the data collected in the areas of academics,
climate/culture, and demographics/school characteristics in conjunction with
both the No Child Left Behind and N.C. Accountability Guidelines.
