The Board of Education has approved the appointment of Dr. Sheila Gibbs as the new principal for Charles T. Koontz Intermediate in the Roberson District, and of Ms. Melanie Collins as the new principal for Joe P. Eblen Intermediate School in the Erwin District. The schools will open next fall.
