Congratulations to the CTE department and especially Mr. Walston and Mrs. Elliot’s classes. Owen’s playhouse won the special award of “Fan Favorite” in the Buncombe County Schools Playhouse Showdown last week at the Asheville Homebuilder’s Association Spring Home Show. The playhouse was a collaborative effort from the entire CTE department. Congratulations to all those who played a part in the playhouse competition. Owen High School was well represented.
