Odyssey of the Mind

Odyssey of the Mind is an international creativity problem-solving contest. Through its activities, the OM Association provides opportunities to develop creative problem-solving skills, cooperation among team members, self-respect, and the appreciation and understanding of others.  Each year teams are formed to solve long-term problems such as building balsa wood structures to support massive weights, designing vehicles which perform designated tasks, creating dramatic presentations based on classical literature and art, and designing and inventing systems to perform assigned activities. Students must also practice spontaneous problem solving in both verbal and non-verbal areas.    WE NEED COACHES TO HAVE TEAMS.  Please let me know if you are interested.  www.odysseyofthmind.com
