Top Competitors at WCU's 43rd Annual High School Mathematics Contest

More than 500 of the region’s top high school and middle school mathematics students representing 30 schools from across the region competed in the contest. North Buncombe High School had eight state level qualifiers, with their Algebra 2 team placing first and individual students taking home 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and an Honorable Mention.

"Bring Your Own Device" will debut on a trial basis April 1 in BCS middle and high schools, with the goal of engaging, enriching and enabling students to be more successful.
