Students in grades 1-5 will receive progress reports every nine weeks throughout the year. Parents of Kindergarten students will conference with teachers twice yearly. Your child will bring the report card home for you to see, discuss with him/her, sign, and return to school.
The card has a space to indicate on the report card a need for a conference with the teacher and you are encouraged to check that space if you have questions or suggestions. The teacher may indicate on the report card a need for a conference and you are requested to call the school and schedule the conference with your child's teacher as soon as possible after the request is made. Anytime your child is not progressing in school as you think he/she should, you should contact the teacher to arrange for a conference.
