The School Improvement Team has developed a new cheating policy for North Buncombe High School. This has been done in order to maintain and encourage integrity and character among our students and faculty. We want to exhibit Black Hawk Pride in all that we do. Please note an important change to our report card release date. The school calendar indicates that report cards were to be released on Wednesday, October 29th; however, in order to ensure accuracy of the HOME BASE report card features, report cards will be issued between Wednesday, October 29th and Friday, October 31st.
Regular meetings of the Buncombe County Board of Education are videotaped and archived on the BCS District website, usually available to watch the following day. They will also be shown during the following month on Education Cable Channel 188 on Charter Cable.
